Public Advocates’ annual awards ceremony will be celebrating the people across California and throughout the country who are raising their voices and taking to the streets. This year’s honoree is Envision Transform Build East Palo Alto, which has been fighting gentrification for years and recently won $20 million for affordable housing in East Palo Alto.
