Join the Great Communities Collaborative as they share and collaborate on a vision for advancing their work on equitable and sustainable communities – especially given the opportunity they have today to advance a regional agenda across the 3Ps of housing – protection, preservation, and affordable production.
At this Learning Session, you’ll learn about the major outcomes of the CASA process (the regional, multi-sector table brought together to tackle the region’s housing crisis that concluded in early 2019) and better understand the regional context to moving those outcomes to positive impacts on the ground for low-income communities and communities of color. They’ll share the emerging strategy developed by the GCC Funder Network and partners, and together identify learning questions and actions for philanthropy to move this agenda forward.
Speakers include:
- Gloria Bruce, Executive Director, East Bay Housing Organizations
- Fred Blackwell, CEO, The San Francisco Foundation
