The San Diego Foundation, International Community Foundation, and partners at Catalyst of San Diego & Imperial Counties are excited to invite you to join the Climate Funders’ Collaborative Retreat on October 6, 2022, from 12 to 5:30 pm.
We will be gathering to collectively learn and enable action on critical climate and equity-related issues, as well as philanthropic and community-based practices and trends.
We hope to:
- Connect with funders active or interested in climate-related issues and opportunities including but not limited to San Diego and Imperial Counties, and US/Mexico border region.
- Explore how a funder collaborative could increase impact and help leverage regional, statewide, and national/federal funding streams in support of climate-resilient communities.
Our afternoon schedule includes:
- 12 – 1 PM: Lunch
- 1 – 4:30 PM: Retreat Program
- 4 – 5:30 PM: Happy Hour
This event will take place at Olivewood Gardens and Learning Center 2525 N Ave, National City, CA 91950.
To join us and connect with funders from San Diego and Imperial Counties, and the US/Mexico border region, please register by Friday, September 30th.
Registration Notes:
- “Event Start (Eastern Time)” and “Event End (Eastern Time)”: Please disregard these fields – our parent organization is based on the east coast, however, this event will be from 12 pm to 5 pm Pacific Time
- “Do you work with a TFN member organization?”: You will be able to enter your organization name after choosing Yes or No in this required field.
- Demographics: Though this section is optional, we ask that folks please share their pronouns so we can have these printed on name tags.
