The Great Communities Collaborative invites funders working in the Bay Area to join an upcoming funder network learning session.
We’ll be discussing upcoming opportunities and barriers to moving our ambitious goals for a more equitable and sustainable region: integrating housing, land use, transportation, and climate considerations. We’ll examine the roles that county-level transportation agencies play in setting and implementing our shared regional vision and how we can shape them to be better positioned to meet our equitable development and greenhouse gas reduction goals.
Guest speakers will include: Bob Allen, Director of Policy and Advocacy Campaigns at Urban Habitat, Vikrant Sood, Principal Social Equity Planner at Bay Area Metro (formerly known as Metropolitan Transportation Commission and Association of Bay Area Governments), advocates working locally in San Mateo County and more.
Please register before spaces are gone. Lunch will be served.
